Horrible service! Night manager on drugs, at the evening full of prostituted, in the hall, “KGB” guys watching you – everywhere! not smiling just standing there and looking; not a nice person in the entire hotel! don't go there!!!!

I've stayed in this hotel in November 2011. It was my first and surely not the last stay in Shakhtar plaza. This property locate just in front of the Donbass Arena stadium.
