Hotel is definately not a 4 star...rooms are rather big, many windows but facing dirty backyards... rooms have safes, mine did not work :-). Do not belive that there is free wi-fi in the rooms. Good hotel for business, large rooms, however the breakfast was very basic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice. The pricing is little bit high for a such hotel class. But in general I can recommend this hotel to business travellers.
