Make sure you request the free airport pickup, it will save you the hassle and the expense of an airport taxi. Ask the Reception staff for restaurant recommendations, they know all the best locations. There is a medium size market less than 3 minutes from the hotel, great for buying grocery items to reduce the cost of your stay.

Two days hotel had no internet access - totally unacceptable for 5 star hotel. The bathroom was as big as my room, which I'm not sure if it's good or bad. Breakfast was limited and service of staff quite poor. Still, probably this is one of the best hotels in the city. Location is great, in the heart of Dnipropetrovsk.

the hotel looks wonderful when you step inside, but when you see your room your are frustrated. Small and old bathrooms, which were even dirty. The room itself looked loveless. Partial furniture.
