Unfortunately a poor business hotel. The frequent trams make a rattle in the rooms and you don't get a proper restaurant or bar in the hotel, they seem to share with a retro music and video bar next door where the service was the worst I have ever experienced. This was in someday balanced by a helpful English speaking receptionist...
