I was pleasantly surprised by the Yumukoglu, given the relatively cheap price.
The room was a good size and was very clean throughout the entire stay. The bathroom was also nice and clean, although there is little by way of bathroom products provided.

Compared to many other "3 star" hotels in this area this is definately one of the better ones indeed. Located in Cankaya you are within walking distance to everything.
