This is not the most luxurious hotel in the world (still great) but wow....now I understand why ratings are so high. You just feel at home here something I rarelyhave in hotels and the staff is unbelievable, so attentive and helpful, $500 plus a night hotels could learn something from these people. High standard hotel, close to the tourist section of town and near sea. No onsite parking - they drive car to a separate location. No special features- a good swiss hotel.

Pleasant hotel, refurbished (all the bedroom furniture was new) but unfortunately a lot of lingering tobacco odours. Professional staff, great location and view. Executive lounge is a great place to relax, breakfast is good. Our room was clean and large enough and hotel furniture is new. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed only one night, albeit it was very refreshing.
