Our room in this revamped stone house was considered to be a "suite." It was way up three flights of stairs, and it was spacious, but if you are looking for any type of creature comforts, forget it. There was a TV, and we were able to watch Conan, but it was very dark and bordered on creepy. The location... More

This hotel is an authentic experience in visiting the more traditional non modern eastern half of Turkey. As a visitor wanting to learn, I was seeking that - many tourists would not. The hotel is composed of old two story stone "houses" facing a private courtyard interior. Not fancy, the rooms would not satisfy the luxury hotel traveler. Along with... More

We came here on some friend advise, and we really liked this place. Although the owner Tim wasn't present, he helped us by phone in finding the place (if you have a TomTom it will be completely useless). Then, the hotel staff welcomed us very warmly, despite the fact we arrived a little late in the evening: they've been so... More

We spent 2 nights at the Anadolu Everli Hotel in Gazientep, and it's hard to believe the other reviews are of the same place. The room was filthy, from the floors to the walls. The shower had more than its share of mold. The bathroom was extremely dark. There was no TV and the radio was covered with so much... More

A wonderful Anatolian House(s) sympathetically restored with delightful antiques all around. Nevertheless cosy warm room with tea making facilities in the winter months. Rugs would have been nice on the cold mozaic tiles and English speaking TV programmes would have been appreciated because, as a solo lady traveller I was not out once it got dark after 4pm. Very comfortable... More

All positive reviews are correct. There's free parking. Breakfast was fabulous. Only thing lacking: no handmade carpets on the floors. Location perfect, up behind the Imam Cagdas restaurant, which you must go to. Baklava flies out the door, leading us to believe it is superior, although the food was so plentiful (fdiinner about $10 for 2 of us; no alcohol... More

After having read about the story of owner Timur, we were very curious to stay here. Our room was #3, very spacious room with very spacious bathroom. Very pleased with the overall authentic feel as they did a very good job with the renovation to maintain the historical ambiance. From the time we made the reservations until we checked out,... More

Hotel is an old renovated building which is quite beautiful. However, the rooms are dark and uninviting, and housekeeping was spotty. I'd recommend it for people who are willing to sacrifice some niceties in exchange for a beautiful historic, authentic ambiance. My friends and I had two suites, with part of our space in what was once an attic storage... More
