Very kind staff, good recommendations about places to eat and base for tours to places in misterious Cappadocia. They are somehow related to the tours organizers so the tours start from here every day.

We spent three nights in Urgup, which is a great starting point for numerous tours in the region. The staff was very friendly, helped promptly with their advice and trip planning. The hotel is located in the town center, nicely decorated, room cleaned every day, breakfast generous and tasty. Excellent value for money.

If you have the chance to stay here, go for cave room. It cost slightly more, but it's really worth for money. The room is all design like you are in the cave. Room are 90% clean, the 10% I would say is because certain corner is a bit dusty, the sofa in front of the room are too dusty.... More

The rooms at the Cappadocia are clean but stark and so dark we needed to use our flashlights to find our clothing in our backpacks. Front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a good location.
