I can not recommend this place enough! Myself and two friends arrived very early in the morning and the host was so friendly and helpful. He even helped us find the best day tour that fit our budget. The staff are so lovely and kind and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome! A special Thank you to Duran for being so helpful and for spoiling us throughout. I am so blown away by the wonderful hospitality and will definitely be back again! The rooms were also very clean and quiet, exactly what we needed after a busy day of exploring. The traditional Turkish breakfast was also delicious. This is the perfect place for everyone, friends, family or solo and for every budget! Overall we had a incredible stay and are very sad to be leaving.

Great hotel, brilliant location. Stayed in one of the cave suites very roomy, large bathroom with large shower and jacuzzi. Staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, traditional Turkish style breakfast, plain and simple. Only downside is caves can’t have aircon, although not too warm at this time of year, might be stuffy in dead heat of summer.

I spent one night at the Cappadocia Palace on my two day trip to the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is well located, and close to many amenities. I had not booked one of the 'cave rooms' as i did not really think it was my' thing', but the gentleman at the reception kindly upgraded me and one night 'living in a cave' was a unique and interesting experience which I am glad I was able to experience. A great hotel at a very reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was comfortable in spite of lacking AC. There was a fan which was adequate. The room was large, clean, and lovely. We were not in an actually cave room, but it was made to look like a cave room. The bathroom was large and very modern, wish we had time to use the large jacuzzi. We liked everything about the hotel, including the lavish breakfast buffet, but I have to say that the lady supervising the breakfast was not at all friendly, which made us feel uncomfortable. There were two young men running the hotel when we were there. The younger was friendly, but was unable to answer our questions, beyond just basic check in procedures. The older young man, became friendlier as time went on, spoke English very well, and was very handsome. We really enjoyed talking with him. All in all, this is a very nice property, they just need to work more on guest services, and making guests feel more welcome. I would recommend staying here although there are hotels that are more homey in the area. The location is great! There is even a nightclub nearby, although we were too tired to check it out.

Clean and nice, this hotel offers fantastic cave-room. I took a regular room because I travel solo. The Wi-Fi is good and the staff helpful. The breakfast needs some improvement, such as letting people choose what they want to eat or not instead of pre-prepared plate. Also, some yogourt, fruit juice and fruits would be appreciated.

The property was located a side from the road. Have great 04 cave rooms. I stayed at the best cave room. It was nicely decorated interior and lavish washrooms with Jacuzzi. During daylight it seems perfect, but after sun set, my wife was scared a lot. As she was never had experience to stay in such environment. Hotel Staff was very polite and helpful they swap our room with out making anytrouble.
