The resort's most amazing feature would be the immensely co operative and proactive staff with excellent customer service skills. “Big and bland”

Nice rooms, great view terrace to see the morning balloons. The spa and pool stayed empty since it cost too much, even just to swim indoors in the opool when outside was too cold. The food was great, but don't even try to get a cup of coffee 2 minutes before the restaurant opens.

Elegent, excellent, best service hotel in the city. the Spa is superb and the best care from all the staffs of every sections. I would never go to any other hotels but this hotel, whenever I visit Cappadocia.
