Gorgeous rooms and facilities, good atmosphere. Very professional workers and well and thouroughly prepared day tours and BALLON TRIPS. Goreme Ballons, organized by themselves are the safest and best organize tours. Service very attentive and customized, friendly with everyone, youngers and kids. Definetely the best plade to stay.

The boss and his coworkers are friendly. The can organize nice local tours and his recommendations are good. Breakfast is also nice. The most important disadvantage is room, too small and some has smoking odor. But with such a price, the service & comfort you got is good enough.

I can't understand how this place can be rated that high on Tripadvisor. This Pension is a total joke. Unkept grounds, smelly, cramped bedrooms, no closet, bathroom w/out shower curtain etc. The location is not that great and convenient either.
