stayed in the hotel for three nights as part of our tour. Ranked 4 stars but is actually less than 2. Terrible location, smelly.Far from Kusadasi city centre. Unhelpful staff. Notice in room stated that drinks with meals are included but we were charged 4 T lires each for a wine glass full of coke and diet coke. Food okay....

I've been to Arora Hotel for a week and it was amazig. I felt like home. Everybody was very kind. If I had a problem, there were always somebody to help me. Also, the music from Arora is very good. They have a very good DJ. You cannot get bored with him and his animation:).

I am not saying it is a luxury hotel, but for me it is everything I can need in a holliday. Everybody is nice an peacefull; they have an inner peace that is transferred to the guest. I think that this inner peace is specific to all the turkish people.
We spent 2 nights here (have recently returned home) as part of a trip around Turkey. My complaint is with the front desk staff- the rooms were nice, facilities ok, but the staff were so rude! I'll give you some examples:
