The Hotel is located in a perfect spot, right by the cruise ship terminal with it's many shops, restaurants, a wonderful strand lined with statues and monuments. Nor far is the dolmuche station where you can take a trip to the National Park- great for a getaway. The service was friendly. Hussein who worked the desk (sensing we weren't the... More

The service, location and breakfast were excellent. Very friendly staff and very attentive. Rooms have a medieval feel to them. Also, on certain days they have Turkish nights. The disappointing part of this trip was the Tour I booked through the Hotel. I booked Trip to Pamukkale and the tour company never came to pick me up. We were supposed... More

We arrived later in the afternoon at this amazing hotel located right on the water in Kusadasi. The only problem was the car park was some distance from the hotel so our car was driven there for the evening and when we came to get it in the morning it took almost half an hour before one of the staff... We stayed for two nights after a beach vacation near bodrum, so we were not looking for a beach but really enjoyed the novelty of staying in this historic building as did our kids. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. Food was okay - not fantastic but service nice. We missed the show since we weren't there on a... More

It was part of our tour package a night with performance of folks dances and songs. Dinner was mostly local BBQ which I like the most. Staff were respond as soon as I called them and provide my exact request. Staff spoke English. I did not stay at this hotel so I have no Idea about the rooms and services..

The hotel is in the middle of Kusadasi. Great building with a nice staff. The rooms were large and clean. There are no beaches in the area, but you can get to one by walking 500 meters. We participated in their Turkish evening which was a great experience.

Kusadasi is definitely the place to stay if you have a night over while visiting Ephesus. And if given the choice, why not stay in a Castle! The positive reviews on tripadviser and hotels.com led us to the Club’s castle walls, right along the waterfront. The "free valet parking" quickly took our car, and a bellman ushered our luggage inside.... More

In days of Yore, in the Middel East, travelers banded together for mutual defence against bandits. Such a band of travellers was called a 'caravan', and there were speccial places for them to stay at night. These fortress-like inns used the generic name ‘caravanserai’ (spelt several ways and also known as Kervansaray, Fondouk or Han). They typically consisted of a... More

This hotel is an original Ottoman Karavanserai built on the Silk road. The hotel uses the original rooms which have been completely updated to include (small) ensuite, TV and a very welcome tea making service. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful, but because it is an original Karavanserai you will have to walk up the stairs to get... More
