Rooms are definitely not 5*, the furniture is old, rooms are small and the carpet floor in the room is incredible dirty! Food is tasty (like everywhere in Turkey), animation is great - specially for kids, but we wouldn't come again. Receptionist need to learn English. Overall we had great time because the staff was very friendly.
