I am not sure why everyone has given this hotel such awful reviews. I found it to be just what we were looking for. It's a great price for what they are offering. The view is amazing and the swimming section couldn't be better. We had hot water and air con. I would definitely recommend this!

Very good location, 2 minutes into town, right on the waterfront. The room was basic but clean on arrival and had air con and a fridge and everything worked, the bed was comfy and it was quiet on a evening . On the down side the room was not cleaned in 5 days. The sign says beachfront cafe. On walking down to cafe, were told only for residents, so had to go back up to top terrace. We ordered our drinks..... Awful night. No hot water, only one blanket for 2people and it was dirty. Shower smelled of urine too. Such a shame as it could be an amazing place. We got up early and moved around the corner.
