had a great week at the grand kaptan the food was delicous ,staff so freindly and helpful,always sun beds and shade,great size off pool and an aqua park for the kids,free bus to the town centre ,but the walk is lovely all flat with no climbing so many shops,would use this hotel again xx

First time going to alanya and thought the location wasn't that bad but the hotel was terrible staff wasn't helpful very ignorant mainly full of Russian and Germans being very rude towards the English people !!
