The hotel was a great relaxing place to stay in with excellent facilities, The staff were very friendly and were their to help you if you had any concerns. BBQ night on a Tuesday and the Turkish night on a thursday was an enjoyable experience again with the staff always looking out for their customers. I highly recommend this hotel... More

we stayed in this hotel with my mother ,husband ,daughter 12 and son 2 years .the hotel was good for all ages ,very clean hotel and the rooms are very spacious.the staff couldnt do enough to help you and work really hard ,there is two nights of entertainment per week which are well worth the price and very enjoyable.the food... we didnt get room ,when we arrived.they promised us we gonna get room 2day after. Of course we didnt get. after six day we had to change the hotel again. 10day 3hotel

First of all it's a 3 starWhen we got there we were given our room wihich was on the ground floor.Very noisy hear all the cars and trucks go by.Some of the staff were nice the others just lie and don't want to work.Fun waterslides and swimming pool, sports and football shown every night.You are better of going on self-catering... I'm not sure where the other people who posted reviews stayed but from the first day the staff at the Erkaptan couldn't have been more friendly and helpful .. and they seemed particularly happy to speak English to English clients. As for the dusty side street it's certainly nothing of the sort - it's simply in a residential area ..... More
