This is a very good hotel if you are not seeking the beech. It is within a very short walk of the esplanade and about 15 minutes from the medina and museum. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the service is OK, if a little casual at mealtimes. The food is quite good. It has a pool on the... More

Not a bad choice if you want to avoid the big hotels in the tourist zone but want something better than the medina B&B. Close enough to the town to walk to restaurants etc, and rooms are clean and well equiped (including heating which was needed in December). However, it was rather soul-less and lacking in character. We got a... More

Location is neither beach nor old city. Rooms are big and clean but lack anything at allto make you feel you are on holiday. This is a hotel to do your business and get home as soon as possible. It isn't a bad place but it isn't fun either. Nothing is broken but it soon will be. Bad lighting in... More

I would like to thank the staff at the hotel, for there kindness. The rooms were cleaned every day fresh sheets and towels. I too had to get used to a continental beakfast. The only thing I have to say there is no nightlife, nothing to do after dark only walk the streets, you can only walk Mahdia so many... More

I can't understand how can this hotel have 4 stars. The rooms were big but dirty, for example we couldn't see trough the windows. The bathroom amenities were already opened and belonged to other hotels. It seems they use what the clients leave. In the restaurant the staff had no experience, the dinner was cold and at the breakfast the... More

I lived in Tunisia for about two years and travelled extensively while I was there and just accepted the difference in standards between hotels in Europe and North Africa, but this hotel was a great surprise, apart from Villa Didon in Carthage, I don't think it'll be easy to find a better standard than this. It's clean and central and... More

This is a modern hotel on the edge of the medina. Very friendly staff, especially the manager who speaks several languages inlcuding English well, which was helpful. The pool was out of action and breakfast was a little disappointing but otherwise the room was good, the water was piping hot and the food we ate there in the evening was... More

Just returned from a half-board 2 week stay. staff were very very nice, rooms were huge and cleaned daily. A ibig thank you to all staff and to our Thomas Cook reps who went out of their way to look after us so well. Generally we had the small rooftop pool to ourselves by day and we sat up there... More
