“A 3 stars hotel at best”

This is definitely not worth the leading hotels accreditation. Movenpick gammarth is by far number one in Tunisia. Service at the residence is terrible, location is average, atmosphere is very cold and boring. The gym looks like a kids playroom. And worst of all, price is 5 times more what its worth.

Although a good 30km outside of Tunis, La Residence is the best place to stay in Tunis. La Residence deserves to be part of "the leading hotels of the world". Good clean hotel. Free WiFi. Nice indoor pool but with strict regulations on what type of swimming suit may be worn. Elegant hotel located on the outskirt of Tunis. Beautiful decor, excellent service, comfortable and spacious room, wonderful indoor swimming pool, but small sauna. The hotel organizes dinners in the garden where an amazing selection of North African food is offered (delicious couscous.) I highly recommend it.
