we stayed here in May using our Absolute membership week and was very impressed with the hotel and we got up graded to a Penthouse suite which was devine, staff are also very nice and helpful and location was great, highly recomend

We were very surprised with this hotel (v-good spot). Our room was quite, very well maintained and everything worked, with a safe in the room. stayed in march 2012, with hubby and 2 teenage girls,, got 2 separate rooms,,, both excellent,,, staff was great friendly,, poll on top floor was excellent,, clean compared to some of the resort pools in patong food was good ,, caters for fussy teenages,,, we stayed at 2 other resorts as well... nothing compares to Absolute,,, definitly stay again....convienience of... Very disappointed in hotel decor in rooms red and black theme over rated. White chaise lounge dirty ditto shag pile rugs. Lights around bed and roof????. Vacationed here 3/8-3/17/12 w/wife & 30 yr old daughter. Room 101 was next door to a night club that shut down around 4am. Much too noisy.

The staff were all wonderfull, friendly and very helpful. The centeral situation and superb rooms makes Bangla Suites a great place to stay. Right in the heart of Bangla Rd down one of its many lane ways, even though they offer a shuttle service from the airport my advice is and no fault of the hotel don't get there after 6.00pm unless you know exactly were you are going as the road is blocked to traffic after that time.
