“SPA is far below expectation”

We bought a 4 hours Luxury SPA program last firday. The curtain in the showering room is moldy. The smell of Wild Honey -Milk Floral Bath is odd that smells like the Tai soup. The foot massage should be 1 hour,but, it started from 6:25 and ended on 6:55. The worse, I do not think the massage woman know how... More

We booked a jantra villa for 1 night stay. The welcome given to us was awesome. Staff is very friendly. The villas are superb, u have your own steam room, jaccuzi and massage room.
