stayed at break point April 2011, the rooms are very clean,good AC and quiet,good restrurant, the owner makes sure everything is up to par and very helpful,helped me hook up my PC to his network, very close to the beach, the little lady who cleanes the rooms is a real sweetheart,would stay there again.

This place is the perfect location if you want to be close to the main area of Patong Beach. Surrounded by restaurants, stalls & only a 2 minute walk to clubs, but you dont get all the noise late at night. Paid only 800 baht per night for an airconditioned ensuite room with hot shower, tv & fridge. Rooms cleaned...

The Break Point Hotel is a small beach hotel on a quiet side street in Patong Beach. This is a two-star hotel with a welcoming and friendly staff, clean rooms, strong a/c, a good (and inexpensive) restaurant, and the occasional gecko. The beds are comfortable and the mini-fridge (like the a/c) is a life-saver for the hot days in Phuket....
