Hotel was under renovation and some wings were totally or partially closed. Depending on the location of your room, construction noise could be heard during day time. Hotel location is great, right across the street from beach. Room is truly beautiful. However, of all things not to do right, no hot water!! Having stayed here for 8 nights, i will not stay here again. Our second stay and we will come back. It is loud but you are in Patong which is not a quiet place. Staff are weak on most skills but particularly communication. Great pool and the beach is across the street. More

We booked with booking.com and when arrives they gave us a room that more looled like storage room with bed. The bathroom floor had some rouches so they gave us a room that looked like a room. 85 dollars a night!!! More
