Check in did not run smoothly, as we were advised our travel agent did not paid them. The receptionist called up our travel agency so it was all fixed up. Not to mention time consuming. Ask to stay in the New Section, its clean and good place to stay. Reception is very nice and willing to accomodate. More like an apartment then a hotel. Great place to get a massage. Close to large shopping centre as well as Bangla area.

From cockroaches on the floor in the bungalow rooms and mould in the bathrooms. Senior Staff who are non responsive to any issues or concerns.More accurately they are rude.
