This is a condo with appartements for rent short and long time.No front desk at night.Small swimming pools between buildings,no view ,far from city center,located in a poor aerea. Appartements are big with living room,flat screen,free wifi,big bed room,good shower,kitchen all in average conditions.NO SERVICE AT ALL.Obviously not 4 and not even 3 stars.

I have stayed at The Haven Lagoon twice now, and love it.
