I found the Staff to be friehdly and helpfull.The rooms were a good size with on suite bathroom and internet (slow but useable) also a TV/Dvd player and Aircon. Great room and tv but showers hot water is either scalding or nonexistant. Tried to charge me for mini bar beverages that I never touched but removed it fromt the bill when told them that. Ok location and good but expensive restaurant and bar. I could stay again but would look elswhere.

Nice hotel, polite staff, big room with computer, tv, conditioner, tea and coffee facilities and a balcony. The hotel is new, and nice. The staff was ok. The breakfast simple but we can eat. It is a 20mn walk to the beach and mostly on a very busy two-lane highway and 30mn walk to go to the center of Patong.

We book this hotel for 3 nights at 45 US$/night at this high season. The room price didn't include breakfast. We did order some food and the fried rice was fantastic! The room was just the right thing for my fiance and I--basic and clean. with all essentials. I was a bit surprised with a pc and its connected printer.

The hotel is new, and very nice. The staff needs a lot of work. I had the 'Do Not Disturb' on the door, was working on the computer, and not fully dressed. Perhaps one of the best absolutely brand new hotels near Patong. Beach. Innumerous facilities in room like personal PC, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV 42’’, fine AC without working problems etc. Really amazing staff ! I called them “my sons” and they gave me their heart.
