ive stayed at the sm a phew times now the staff are the best thing of the hotel. rooms need to be updated a bit as my shower head fell off a few time. but that came and fixed it. over all a nice place

Great value for money during low season....myself and my friend are traveling together...its abut 400 baht each for a twin room ...this comes with a 40 inch tv,air con a computer in the room and high speed internet..... it's great. the hotel backs on to a swamp the staff dont speak english we went in the pool jewely went black clothes discoloured the boss never avaiable medication stolen locks on luggage tryed to be picked which broke our locks had to be cut off never go to this hotel again john from australia

We went here to have a look and have an evening meal. This place offers reasonably cheap accommodation, friendly staff... though they are lack lustre. I found the Staff to be friehdly and helpfull.The rooms were a good size with on suite bathroom and internet (slow but useable) also a TV/Dvd player and Aircon. The Rooms were cleaned daily you get a free safe so dont need to risk any belongings but i left Phone and Kindle out and they still belong to me so... More

Great room and tv but showers hot water is either scalding or nonexistant. Tried to charge me for mini bar beverages that I never touched but removed it fromt the bill when told them that. Ok location and good but expensive restaurant and bar. I could stay again but would look elswhere.

Had bad experience with this hotel....the hotel reception was rude and not helpful at all....since i was transferred from Leelawadee to SM resort without any prior notice...they said the room has free wireless with PC...but the wireless is so damn slow...and keep disconnected...when i called to check with the hotel staff...they are rude and they barely understand english....Aside from that,... i am totally agreed with your statement. we'd facing the same problem as you just recently. those staff on the front desk was really rude & not helpful at all!! a very bad impression when talked bout this resort. hopefully they will look into this matter seriously as it will affect traveller's mood. quality of service need to be improved...
