The good things about Piya: the owner is very friendly, the guest house is right by the lake and the two fascinating Wats in town, the rooms are clean. Very pleasant bungalows with hot water close to the famous temple at the lake. Would absulotely go there again when in Mae Hong Son.

Big rooms, hot water showers, fridge,aircon,a little cosy home away from home, the location at the in town lake in maeh hong son and some really lovely open air restaurants around makes it a great stay.

Good location...and clean enough to sleep. We get 600baht deal on new year eve. Great that they have proper car park lot. One thing is, don't smoke in toilet Coz they use gas for water heater. It's good for warm water, but sometime smell gas fr the heater.
