The resort is in a remote location but it is very peaceful and relaxing and cabins are set against beautifully manicured gardens. The staff were very helpful and did their best to help even if they spoke little English and always contacted another staff member who spoke better English to help if they couldn't. A few staff spoke very good... More

Thanks to the few options given by the club we were booked at this place for a week's stay...the place is beautiful considering the property surrounded with trees and is really huge..but the location is terrible. what you save on paying for the stay due to membership you end up paying double for transport from the place to any tourist... My husband and I started our trip with Kanchanaburi and due to our membership with a well-known Club we received an option to stay here for one week. The fact that we checked out on day 2 says a lot about what we felt about the place! For starters it is about 20 kms away from the main city, there... More

We booked this resort online and they show all these nice pics. Once we got their the greeting was boarder line rude not typical Thai. The room they gave us was disgusting, mold up walls large water leak hole in ceiling mosquito infested and large brown ants inside and out. We went to reception and complained and asked if we... It's a nice place, but quite far from the city..The room is surrounded by lots of trees and grass so there are some small bugs around.. There are lots of nice group activities which they can arranged for you..For eg., floating raft, walk rally, some in-door activities to enhance the unity of the group, etc.. The food is good..Love the... More

If you don't have your own transport, you won't find much to do here. It's in an isolated spot far from town and all the main attractions of Kanchanaburi. The bungalows don't have a view of the River Kwai - only the restaurant. No Wifi in the bungalows, and the only English channel on TV is some crazy pentecostal channel.... More

Nice resort, but some distance to the next city. Car and good map needed. Clean bungalows with some animals possible: bungalows surrounded by grass and trees. No internet in rooms, only in the lobby: wireless free, if you have an own laptop, 160 Baht if not. TV in bungalows in Thai except 1 Amarican religous channela and one dutch channel.... More

it is love it or hate it depending on your expectations of a holiday. you will be happy it if you love nature, having a frog, lizards, big black ants and occasional beetle and some mosquitoes as your room mates. this is not an exageration but actuallty encountered experience. setting is a very serene and you can hear peacock, cockerel... This hotel is set in beautiful grounds by the river. The bungalows are large, clean & very quiet. (apart from the fantastic sounds of the jungle - monkeys early morning!) Unfortunately, it ends there! The resort is a good 30-35 mins drive from town @ 400 bt each way. Booking trips was expensive because of the location. We found that... More
