the hotel is located in a beautiful calm place. the hotel staff mostly are nice. there are many activities to do, especially the hot spring and waterfall. overall I really wish to go back again

We found this hotel very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the interested in helpign out. This hotel is near the Hot Spring that you can go in 2 minutes from hotel.

I visited there in Jan. Room was good and well present, The hotel was quite, very nice located and staffs are very friendly. It was very nice, we enjoyed every minute. We had booked two nights her with Agoda - Phatad Vallet Hot Springs hotel. IT IS TERRIBLE - we left almost immediately and booked into another hotel.
