Pros: Apple, the owner, is so quirky and an amazing person! Great food! Basic, clean spacious rooms.  Free wifi. Overlooking the River Kwai which makes for a lovely view. Cons: Couldn't find any cons to be honest! Kanchanaburi is in the middle of nowhere so I doubt any place can match this!

Stayed at apple's retreat just outside of the city center. Because it is just outside of the center it is very tranquil and in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, clean rooms... food was delicious.
