Front office under staff. Not friendly and at certain times rude even. Housekeeping don't answer phone, dont change your towel after an oil massage, don't refill shampoo, bath gel and toilet paper after 3 nights of stay there. went to hatyai on 31.12.2011 with family. The hotel seems like not much workers. Dirty bathtub, bad service, the window is closed, the swimming pool is super dirty, the gym room smells yuck & need money for wifi! terrible hotel ever! EVERYTHING IS SO BAD!
