For the price I paid, I can easily spent a night in a 4-5 star hotel in the North Thailand. Nothing really special about this hotel. Clean but too ecpensive.

The hotel is very clean, staffs are lovely maybe just one old lady that was not so friendly ( she seems to be someone important though). Its located within a walking range to the clock tower and Sunday walking street ( Ta Non Kon Muan). You got to pick the breakfast from their selection, not big but good enough.

Hotel has only a small number of rooms, even though the building appears large. We tried to book direct on line through the web site. 2 weeks later we are still waiting a reply. Then booked through Agoda. 3 double rooms one twin. Arrive at hotel. No service.
