We stayed 2 nights. We got the most outside room at ground floor. It has an open air bath room. Free wifi. The staff there are friendly and helpful. It is very near to he night bazaar and also near to the Saturday night market. We got that room with 500baht, consider reasonable price.

3 night visit to Chang Rai was made very easy by the bann bua. It came to me highly recommended and is great for about $20 bucks a night.

Good location, excelent value, friendly and english speaking owner, quiet, popular. The only thing that would masake it better would be newer matresses, it's like sleeping on straw. Spent 4 nights and was a great base to see the Golden Traingle and N Thailand.
