Nice big rooms. Very clean. Good bed. Let down by things like no bedside lamps, no shower curtain, very poor T.V. channel selection. Only fair buffet breakfast. No minibar or tea/coffee facilities in room. Bathroom floor did not drain to the drain, so was one large puddle. Overpriced for what it is.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Pleasant staff at the front desk. Not so large but clean room. No elevator but the staff help us to carry our lugagges. 1200 bth for 3 people (including a substantial breakfast) is a good price. Not far (5mn walk) from nightmarket and bus station. A good choice in Chiang Rai.

The room was nothing special to warent the 1200 thb/night, and it was in low season also! The bed was hard as the table in the restaurant, and the carged extra for the wifi net ( witch they forget to tell us when we checked in). But it looked nice on the oitside..
