Nice room and very friendly staff. The guesthouse was clean and neat, the room was spacious with tv and a small bathroom. Excellent wifi connection. Absolutely value for the 700 bath we paid a night:-)

Nice refurbished room- the paint was still drying. We had a room with balcony facing the sea which you could glimpse through a stand of very tall trees. The girls were friendly, the American breakfast okay and if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this should suit you.

Good value guesthouse in Cha-am, an under-rated Thai resort. Rooms are cool, spacious, clean and have free wifi. Staff are friendly. Found this in the lonely planet and wasn't expecting much. However, rooms are good size and clean. Cleaned daily by friendly staff. Excellent WiFi. Located opposite the beach with shops and restaurants nearby. At the other end of the beach to all the loud and overpriced resorts.
