Hotel had character and old world charm but rooms were quiet dirty. Quiet location next to the beach with only wave noise at night to send you to sleep. Restaurant was OK but nothing special. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked clean fine. Good access to Colombo Airport to start or finish tours of the Island.
