Hot water ask take 1 hr to send. No blanket. Got WiFi but no internet line. Lots of mosquito. Airconditioning not cold. Not recommend with price not value for money
Was there for 1 day. Location is on the road side i.e opposite to the beach. Rooms are good, slow service and food was OK. There are better options where you can get a beach side hotel.
Good bed and breakfast place very near to the Negombo beach. Though expensive beach-side options are available this hotel is a bargain given its proximity to the beach. The rooms are good and there is a swimming pool to chill out. The restaurant has decent eating options. The roadside rooms are noisy.
We spend three days in a suite at this hotel in dec. 2011, and were very happy with it. The suite, 4b, had two bedrooms and a large living room and "kitchen", with sink and fridge, no stowe or oven, and no eguipment at all.

Paradise Vilage is possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We booked into the hotel late one afternoon at the end of our holiday in Sri Lanka as it is convenient for the airport. I really wish I had never had the displeasure of staying there - I and my friend awoke in the morning to...

Same owners as Paradise Beach Hotel.
Good place if you don't want the beach front.
Situated just up the road from the parent hotel and on the other side of the road.
Nice 'village' set up with nice gardens and a good size pool.
Small restaurant is probably one of the best in Negombo.
Rooms are basis with A/C and...

Very well located at the negombo beach this hotel is actually built like a small village with a beautiful pool. The food was really good and the staff was very hospitable. Great value for the price we paid!
We stayed in the hotel with our whole group. As it was the first hotel on our tour, we were surprised, positively. The rooms were all different. As some of us had a suite, others "just" had a single room with bath. For the country standard it was clean and very good. The service was excellent. Here, thank you to...

The buildings indicate this must have been a good hotel, but it suffers from a lack of care, and badly needs upgrading.
The rooms were scruffy and a little dirty.
The food in the restaurant was awful, We had our worst ever seafood platter there, breakfast was stale bread, cold scrambled egg, and undrinkable coffee ,amongst other things. The restaurant was...
