We arrived here around 5.30 from Kandy a long distance, disappointing as Drivers accommodation not provided even after booking, poor guy had to hunt around. This was my second stay here in Galle. The couple who run this old 2 storey Dutch home are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean with hot water and the rooms are tastefully furnished. Overall, a great value. Hotel is very nice, clean, located in the quiet area of Galle fort.
