This is not the newest or fanciest hotel in Albany, but it is certainly the friendliest. The staff, particularly Heather and Jenny, outdid themselves in taking care of our family reunion group! The room were comfy, breakfast was great, and the food in the grill was also just what we needed on occasional late night. We will certainly be back!

Just returned from my latest stay. This is a decent work a day hotel. It is clean, convenient and has the amenities that you want. The free breakfast is a nice bonus. I stayed in an accessible room. The bathroom was spacious with a roll in shower. When in Albany this space is worth a try,

The room location was along a noisey corridor. It was a major first floor hallway, near the management offices. Up until midnight I heard people talking and moving in hallway. The hotel staff was courtesous. The location to the Albany Airport was good.

Paid about $80 for one night and the hotel was not bad for the price. The location is convenient to local colleges, food, and a crossgate mall. I stopped and stayed on the way to visit my daughter at college. It was a great place to stop. Rooms were clean, quiet and staff was friendly. It's close to highway, restaurants and stores. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I ate at pub, it as good but a little pricey.
