I stayed here for work for several months and the staff was great the hotel was clean the rooms were very spacious even the studios, there was plenty of parking for guest at the hotel also comp breakfast in the morning. I've stayed here several times over the past 4 years, and it's always clean - and there's always friendly service. There's a Walgreen's across the street - and it's less than a mile from about 30 bars/eateries on Lark St. The immediate area isn't the greatest - but why penalize the hotel for the neighborhood people not mowing their lawns?... This hotel is located near downtown but doesn't feel that way. % min drive to tons of restaurants. They are using the parking lot as a lot for the med center so parking can be tricky.
