Small rooms, dirty, awful, dirty stained sheets, AC works just on/off. Ugly on overall. Room service almost stormed into the room without knocking, rushing us out. Breakfast was far from HACCP standards as well. The town itself is borring too. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone used to cleanines and civilisation.

Its is my first time in Tiberias and I was looking for a desent hotel cause I didn't book anything in advance. The hotel is quiet and pleasent, good food, not far away from the center.

I was in Tiberias October 2010 with group people from my town. Eden is very good located in the center Tiberias. The room was clean with TV SAT but the air conditioning was not very good. the hotel is conveniently located and having good rooms with good dining facility and good food.breakfast is also very sumptuous

This is my second time staying at Hotel Eden whilst on pilgrimage to the Holy Land. It is in a nice location, has nice rooms, nice lounge area to relax in with friends. The food is very good, lots to choose from, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Hope to return next year.
