I was with a group for 2 nights which was nicely handled by reception staff,good hk staff,& freindly cooks...one minor problem was there is no room service between 24.00 till 07.00 in morning ( i called at 05.00 in morning for towels & milk powder)even if the hotel was completly full...everything else bit above average...

Stayed here for 2 days and it was so-so. Rooms could have had carpets to make them cozier and the food and dining area left much to be desired.
