The Ron Beach Hotel is a little tired but that is the only downside. The food and service are excellent. There is no noise from banging doors and plumbing. Easy access to lake and pool. The rooms are well equiped and very comfortable and large. Taxi service is good and it is on a bus route.

For around $150/night this place was not particularly cheap nor is it close to town. However, the breakfast was the best in all the hotels I stayed at in Israel. The Ron Beach Hotel is wonderfully situated on the shore of the Sea of Galilee. Rooms all have sea views. There is a good swimming pool. Meals are good self service. I will choose this hotel again.

A 10 minute stroll to downtown, average to slightly better than average rooms, nice pool area, great buffet with good quality food. I think this property is a nice family owned value right on the Sea of Galilee.

Ron Beach was our base for 3 nights on our pilgrimage. It has almost the prime spot right on the lake front.
