You do not get what you paid for ! The owners are interstead in your money and definitely not in your pleasure. We took the most expensive room (the beiggest penthouse) - It was delivered uncleaned. We found out that the Wi-Fi did not worked in the 3rd floor (were our room was) - we were told by the front... More

Dear Sir, Unfortunately you were unpleased from your stay in our hotel. It is possible that the room had cleanliness imperfection at your check-in. It can happen and it happens sometimes (not too often). We are doing our best for this not to happen and when it does and we are told about this we send someone to fix it.... More

Please see my other reviews, this is a hard one and unusual for me....We decided to disregard the warnings on tripadvisor and give it a go, silly mistake. generally in Israel you will not get what you pay for, the owners seemed to think running a hotel is an irritating hobby. There is literally no management nor any attention given... More

We are sorry that you felt that way. This is not the common impression of our hotel. However, your comments will be thoroughly checked in order to fix any problems. More

We stayed in Villa Galilee for 2 nights. We are very satisfied from the hotel and very enjoyed our stay there. We felt like in Europe in the middle of Safed. The hotel looks very beautiful. The entrance with the steps is very impressive. We ordered a superior room. The room is small but it looks like the hotel -... More

We stayed for 3 days mid-week at Villa Galilee. The hotel is beautifully furnished, quiet and relaxing. It's an escape from reality and just like stepping into a French country house in Provence. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes. We found the food in the hotel restaurant... More

Stayed for two nights mid-week in the winter in this lovely French-style Galilee getaway. We had a standard (classic) room, which was small but nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Great power-shower and good quality towels are nice touches. The spa treatments are fantastic and made up for the fact that the outdoor pool is only... More

Went for a weekend trip expecting the rooms to live up to the brochure and web pics. Not only do the pics need to be updated so did our room. Room was cleaned in a lackadasical way, full of dust and had a bad smell from the kitchen underneath. Beds were not great at all, mattress very uncomfortable. We were... More

Our stay at Villa Galilee was even more enjoyable than we had anticipated. From the moment we drove onto the grounds, we were impressed by the old world charm of this boutique hotel and we continued to be pleased with every aspect of our stay at this elegant property. The front desk staff was courteous and responded to all our... More

We came with many expectation since we knew the hotels's regular price is quite expensive. Anyway, although the hotel & rooms are clean and nice decorated and breakfast was good still some thins they can do better: 1. The evening menu as appears in the lobby and in every floor is not as the one in the restaurant! We chose... More

This hotel has everything you need to relax. We had a package that included a fancy dinner, 45 min massage, and breakfast for each, and we loved every minute of it! There is not much to do other than being in the hotel, but if you want just to seat back and relax, this is the place for you!
