Please avoid this hotel. Why Beersheva has no decent hotel is a mystery. The staff here couldn't care less about the place - they spend their time chatting to eachother socially and a guest asking for something from them is treated as a major inconvenience, particularly in the ground floor bar. The food in the bar is appalling. Twice they... More

There is no other. This is just not good enough. They claimed not to know about the booking for one of our party. The windows were very dirty, otherwise there might have been a nice view. I did not know towels could be that thin. The so called lobby cafe had no cake, no sandwiches, no china (only paper cups... More

This Hotel needs a serious refurbishment ... regrettably there are no other choices in this city. Too basic and too old for anyone's liking. Very disappointing and certainly not up to other Leonardo's Hotels standards. Breakfast is not very inviting with very little choices. Rooms are spacious but have not been touched for at least 15 years.

I guess when you have no choice then this is an OK hotel. My notes: no alarm clock, bottom sheet only with comforter ... no top sheet. 4 hangers - 2 for pants, 2 for shirts, no dresser, spotty WIFI service, some colleagues rooms had not door safety lock, no big bath towels and towels had a funky smell to... The people who worked at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We travelled with a tour group and stayed just one night. The tour group was dealt with professionally and efficiently. The bedroom we had was rather jaded though it was a reasonable size and clean. The power sockets really needed replacing as the plugs kept falling out.... More

This somewhat oldish and tired looking hotel is located within walking distance to a shopping mall and the post office. Furnishings and bedding in our room (No. 1003) were basic. Coffee and tea-making facilities were available. Our room (No. 1003) had a sweeping view of the distant buildings and landscape from the back of hotel. The place could get somewhat... More

Doing business in Ramat Hovav I have stayed at the Leonardo Beer Sheva three times now. Always had a room on a business floor with free access to the business lounge. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. WLAN offered for a reasonable price (if you don't prefer to go to the lounge). Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good... More

I run a tour company in Israel, so stay in hotels regularly. In the past three months I have stayed at the Leonardo Beersheva twice. Both times we had a room on a business floor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the best part was the food - really tasty and good.... More

This is a nice hotel with appealing rooms. I was on the 11st floor (business flor) which allowed access to the business lounge with free drinks. Breakfastpretty good. Most notable is the very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Can recommend the place.

in terms of hospitality and friendliness of the stuff. It's genuine. Must have somthing to do with the mindset that people develop when living in the desert. The hotel for me was like an oasis. Coming back from my daily trips to the Negev and Dead Sea (ask at the reception for ideas) to a hotel with exquisite cuisine, a... More
