Inbar is a good hotel in the center of Arad. We first looked at two other hotels in the outskirts of Arad but those were more expensive, worse rooms with unpolite desk service. The cheapest big hotel option in an expensive neck of Israel, the Inbar has all the charm of a Soviet dormitory. ...and the softest, least comfortable bed we've yet to endure on this trip.

Room was older with stains on rug. Chicken or turkey served at dinner wasn't cooked thoroughly (it was eventually removed). Meal selections not so great.

Wow. For a hotel in the middle of a developing desert town, Inbar Arad really stands out. The accomodation was very good, with air conditioning and a safe as standard. Additionally, the food was excellent and in abundant supply. Overall, a great place to stay in, situated in a desert oasis.
