A step up from the average local hotels, this hotel offers comparabley luxury rooms (within subjective reason) and is fairly priced. The pool are and "beach" is nicely located but the gym is in need of an upgrade to be called a gym. The staff is friendly.

We travel often to Flores , especially Labuan Bajo and this is worth staying at. reasonable rates, greeted nicely on arrival . Clean rooms, a/c, secure and a top location on the beach. restaurant food only tried at breakfast but very good

We have been to the hotel not long time after opening (in 2008 - not in 2011) it seemed to us to be very calm and pleasant place with very good and helpful staff. Food was very good, rooms are luxurious the surroundings too. Good place for pleasant stay.

This was one of the most boring hotels we've stayed at on our around the world trip. The room looked like a Motel 6 room. It had absolutely no character. The breakfast was completely tasteless. This place is definitely nothing special.
