This Sahid hotel is so grim, sad looking, dusty, degraded that your room feels like you have not used it for ages. It smells dust, that it chokes me. Running water is not what you expect. We took this hotel because Sheraton & Novotel is fully booked, alas the choice is either Grand Anugrah or Sahid Lampung. Sahid hotel chain used to be on par with Santika hotel chain, if not better.
