Clearly the first hotel in Manado and probably in the whole province. Service and rooms were impeccable. WiFi was free and relatively steady. Breakfast good for a provincial hotel. Gym could be improved in terms of air conditioning and surface materials. Unfortunately, the kitchen smell could not be avoided at the gym.

Nice hotel. Strategic location in the heart of Manado City. Tasteful and various menu for breakfast. Completed by fitness center. Spacious room including the bathroom. Very understanding hotel staff for their guest's need.
