The cleanliness of this hotel needs major work asap- room smells, carpets are filthy, furnishings very tired and dirty. Beds need to replaced too. Really not worth the rate they charge by any means. So many other better options in town for same price. Breakfast and location is ok.

There wasn't much choice for breakfast and since the area is quite small better to take breakfast after 8.30am after the crowd has left.
